½ cup fresh pineapple
6-8 mint leaves
1 oz fresh lime juice
½ oz simple syrup
2 oz white rum
3 oz XXL Pineapple

In a sturdy glass or shaker muddle fresh pineapple, mint leaves, simple syrup, lime juice and mint until the pineapple is crushed and the mint is aromatic
